Hi everyone, Welcome! We are the Thrifty Campers. A duo just trying to get out of our comfort zone to better our future by exploring nature itself, more so than we ever have before. We will be living in the middle of nowhere without a base to turn to, we gave up everything. Having no choice but to rely on the disposal of the woods as one typically would when living in a house, it will be tough no doubt about that but strongly believe we have it in us to put ourselves up to the challenge in order to better our lives. We may stumble upon risks and even downfalls that come our way but are ready to take on anything and everything. We are ecstatic to share this new journey of ours with you all and hope y’all enjoy and get something out of this. Bye for now.
Due to safety and identity reasons, we cannot disclose our whereabouts
Welcome aboard.

Look forward to reading about your adventures and thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment.
We have a motorhome that sadly after a couple of years, we have to sell. I have many posts on motorhoming in the UK, France, Spain, and Italy, if these help you along the way. 😉

Yes it is but we’ve moved to Italy for a while and our apartment in the city does not come with any parking, let alone for a MH.
Also, to have the plates transferred from the UK to Italy is not only expensive but we will fined ourselves drowned in paperwork and bureaucracy. 😉

Yeah most major cities are like like that. That makes sense even more so as to why you parted with it it definitely would of ended up being more of a burden than anything else.

Thanks again for your comment. We were motorhomers for 10 years, a few years we were full time. This was in New Zealand and this year we sold it as we weren’t in NZ to enjoy it. An enjoyable time exploring NZ. Have fun in your camper.

That’s very kind of you! We’re only brave because we were given no other choice. But it goes without saying that I do believe we have gotten tougher through all this so far🙂

Wow – You ARE on an adventure. Are you able to find Wifi in the far out places?

Lol believe or not we surprisingly do get wifi most places, on our phone at least. We typically need to find a local cafe to get laptop work done which is always a drive😬

I definitely think it’s a good idea to not disclose your identities and whereabouts, given your situations. What you’re doing sounds both incredible and challenging, and I look forward to reading more about it.
Stay safe.

Thank you for your kind words and understanding that particular aspect. I’m sure our readers would like more details but that’s the thing, as much as we want to we are in a unique situation where we want to share our story with the world but also protect ourselves at the same time. Happy to have you along on our journey😀

So glad you think so. When writing all the blog posts, we never know just how exactly it’s perceived by fellow bloggers like yourself. living it and writing it are two completely different perspectives, ya know?
